The next seminar in
Brandman University’s Leadership NOW Series
will be presented on Wednesday, July 14, on the Brandman campus in Irvine.  The series features expert instructors from the Leadership Services Program who offer applied training on topics of interest to today’s leaders.  This seminar will feature experienced human resources executives Rochelle Burgess and Ken Larson as they explore using 360-degree feedback and assessment tools for performance improvement.  360-degree assessment tools are quickly becoming a recognized best practice for performance evaluations and developing institutionalized learning plans.

In this seminar, participants will learn how to rapidly develop individual capabilities, assist individuals in leveraging their strengths, and inspire performance improvement.  Participants will leave the session with a clear picture of how to develop and implement an effective 360-degree feedback program in their organizations.  The seminar takes place from  8 to 10 a.m. at Brandman University headquarters, 16355 Laguna Canyon Rd., Irvine.  The fee is $30.  Registration is required. Please visit the
program website
or call Caroline Gottschling at 949-341-9902.
