Law professors discuss confirmation hearings on 'AirTalk'

for the U.S. Supreme Court, beginning at 11 a.m. today (Monday, June 28) on KPCC’s
AirTalk
with host Larry Mantle.

Eastman, who gave up his position as dean to run as a Republican candidate for California attorney general in the recent primary, is the Donald P. Kennedy Chair in Law and director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence. Rosenthal has extensive experience with litigation in the U.S. Supreme Court. He joined the Chapman faculty in 2005.
