Take note: "Professor" of comedy to speak at Dodge

The wonderfully wacky and comically brilliant actor and comedian Jerry Lewis will speak at 7 p.m., Monday, April 26, in Marion Knott Studios, room 111.

Best known for his slapstick humor, Lewis starred in the original
Nutty Professor
and amused generations of movie fans with his trademark goof-ball comedy. He won several awards for lifetime achievements from The American Comedy Awards, The Golden Camera, Los Angeles Film Critics Association, and the Venice Film Festival, and in 2005, received the Governor’s Award of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Board of Governors.
